Materials are checked and directed according to their type, condition, classification and the receiving facility’s rules. Separated metal, concrete, bricks, timber, cardboard and other recoverable material may go to suitable recovery facilities. Residual waste goes to a facility that can lawfully accept it.
Recovery depends on contamination, how the load is separated and what local facilities accept at the time. RubbishGo cannot promise that every item or load will be recycled. Keeping heavy material separate and prohibited items out of the pile can improve routing and quote accuracy.

Can you remove bricks and concrete?
Yes, subject to quantity, access, truck capacity and facility acceptance. Bricks, concrete and masonry are heavy materials and must be shown separately in the quote request.
Can you collect soil, sand or excavated material?
Potentially. We need the source, estimated quantity, access and any known contamination details before confirming collection.
Can light and heavy building waste go in the same load?
List every material and keep heavy waste separate where possible. The truck plan and price may change if concrete, bricks, tiles or soil are mixed through a light load.
Can I book collections during a renovation or build?
Yes. A one-off collection or staged pick-ups can be arranged around framing, fit-out, landscaping, inspection or handover dates.

Can you remove asbestos?
No. Do not add asbestos or suspected asbestos to a standard load. Leave the material undisturbed and contact a suitably licensed asbestos specialist.
Will all construction waste be recycled?
No provider can promise recovery for every load. Material type, contamination, separation and facility acceptance decide what can be reused or recycled. The remainder goes to a lawful disposal facility.
