Photograph every appliance and the full path to the collection point. Include your suburb, preferred day, stairs, lift size, doorway limits, parking restrictions and the carrying distance to the truck.
2. Disconnect, empty and drain each unit
Appliances must be disconnected from electricity, gas, plumbing and cabinetry before collection. Any different arrangement must be confirmed in writing before the booking. Fixed gas, plumbing, refrigerant or hard-wired electrical work must be completed by the appropriate tradesperson. Remove food, water and loose contents. Defrost fridges and freezers where needed.
3. Approve the quote and collection time
We assess the appliance count, size, weight, access and disposal route. The price is confirmed before collection.
4. We lift and load
