The crew removes the agreed waste from safe, accessible areas and sweeps loose debris from the space used for loading. Accepted materials are sorted for suitable recycling or disposal routes.

Accepted materials are checked for suitable reuse, recycling or disposal routes. Metal, clean timber, cardboard, bricks and concrete may go to different facilities when the material and receiving rules allow it. Mixed, damaged or contaminated waste can have fewer recovery options.
RubbishGo follows NSW EPA guidance and uses approved recycling and disposal facilities. The final destination depends on the material, its condition and the facility’s rules on the day.
We can’t promise that every item will be recycled. Separating clean materials from mixed waste before collection can make more recovery routes available.
